Some weeks are filled with lemons ... but y'all know what to do with lemons, right?
Make smoothies! Or lemonade... 😉 .
WHY THIS SMOOTHIE ROCKS:
This smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant power, and is high in Vitamin C and fiber. While some smoothies leave you in a temporary sugar high (with the inevitable crash later), this smoothie keeps your blood sugar in check with parsley, flax seeds, cinnamon, berries, and lemon. Plus, who doesn't love the citrus/berry flavor combination? A little bit sweet, a little bit tangy!
