Green + Glowing Smoothie

Hello 2017, I love you!! I trust that you all had an amazing Holiday and New Years, and are just killing it with your New Year's intentions, resolutions, etc.. I've already been a busy bee in the New Year working on some exciting new projects (which I will announce VERY soon!), hence being a bit quiet on the recipe front.

But I'm BACK!

Perhaps you still have one foot in 2016 and are still dreaming about the Holidays and sugar cookies. If that's the case, smoothie queen to the rescue!

I've got a smoothie fix that will supercharge your morning, year, LIFE. I exaggerate not.

I call it the Green + Glowing Smoothie - no, it doesn't contain Kryptonite, but it's going to make you feel like Super(wo)man!

WHY THIS SMOOTHIE ROCKS:

This smoothie is a delicious {healthy} FAT bomb with full-fat coconut milk and avocado. This means it is heavy on the creamy factor (but sans dairy!), and you'll be left feeling full and satisfied until your next meal. It's the perfect balance of green goodness, citrus-ginger zing, protein power (hemp seeds + collagen), and a little matcha energy kick. No lie - I can power myself like the energizer bunny on this smoothie for hours (and that includes my barre3 workout). 💪
