I ❤ Matcha - it is jam-packed with cancer-fighting catechins and antioxidants. Matcha increases energy levels and endurance while boosting mood and concentration without the negative side-effects of stimulants like coffee. When I stopped drinking coffee over a year ago (that's the subject for another blog post), I thought I would go crazy without my morning cold brew jolt. However, I am a happy camper with Matcha, especially since I can go a day without drinking it and won't have crazy withdrawal systems. I've also noticed that my skin is clearer, less oily, and my sleep is SO much better.

ingredients + instructions
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 compressed cup of leafy greens
(kale or spinach)
- 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp organic Matcha
(Culinary grade; amount depends on your preferred strength)
- 2 Tbsp Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
- 1 date to sweeten
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Optional: 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
