When you eat inflammatory foods (gluten, dairy, and sugar), you may feel bloated, sluggish, brain foggy (among other negative symptoms). The 14-Day SuperYOU Jumpstart Program removes these inflammatory trigger foods temporarily to allow your body to reboot. When you remove foods that you are sensitive to, you may experience improvement in digestion, energy, mood, ability to concentrate, and weight loss. Results will vary depending on the individual and their commitment and compliance to the program.
WILL I REALLY SEE
RESULTS IN 14 DAYS?
You may experience slight hunger during the first two days of the cleanse, but you can always add a snack from one of the meal plans. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will likely become your favorites, even after the program.
Will I be Hungry
during the program?
The recipes included in the 14-Day SuperYOU Jumpstart are free of major inflammatory foods, including refined-sugar, sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, caffeine, yeast, dairy, soy, gluten, corn, nightshade vegetables, peanuts, and refined oils.
However, some recipes call for gluten-free grains (brown rice, quinoa), legumes, seed-based spices, and cacao. If you cannot tolerate gluten-free grains, you may replace them, for example, with cauliflower rice. If you are on a more strict elimination protocol, including the Autoimmune Protocol, this may not be the optimal Jumpstart for you.
What if I am sensitive to some of the ingredients
in the recipes?
I have held nothing back in creating this program for you. I want you to live a happier, healthier, and more vibrant life, and am giving you all the tools and support you need to start on your journey. Once the program materials have been sent out, there are NO REFUNDS. I have created this policy so that we are both accountable for your success. I am here to support you every step of the way!
