Join Shannon for 75-minutes of deep restoration with Yin Yoga, Reiki Energy Healing, and Essential Oil Aromatherapy!

Yin Yoga is a calming practice that gently stretches and rehabilitates connective tissues while you rest in postures for several minutes at a time. Reiki is a Japanese Energy Healing technique that allows for deep relaxation, pain and stress reduction, and energy rebalancing. As you rest in Yin Yoga postures and enjoy essential oil aromatherapy, you will receive Reiki healing from Shannon. Prepare to melt into complete bliss!

Mats will be provided - just bring your beautiful self, wear cozy clothing (please wear layers as we will spend the entire workshop on the mat in static Yin postures/savasana!), and come ready for deep peace and relaxation.
